If you are a business customer, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You confirm that you have not relied on any statement, promise, or representation not expressly set out in these Terms.

Products are manufactured strictly according to the artwork files you submit. You are responsible for ensuring accuracy. We are not liable for defects caused by incorrect files.
4.5 Sizes
Where sizes are provided by you, you are responsible for their accuracy.
4.6 Proof Approval
If a design proof is provided, production begins only after your approval. Once approved, responsibility for errors transfers to you.
4.7 Small Parts & Safety Warning
Products may contain small parts and pose a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 12 years. We accept no responsibility for misuse after delivery.
5. Your Right to Make Changes
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you request changes before production begins, we will inform you whether changes are possible and any cost or timeline impact.
6. Our Right to Make Changes
6.1 Minor Changes
We may make minor changes to products or these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational updates.
6.2 Significant Changes
If significant changes affect your order, we will notify you. You may terminate the contract before changes take effect and receive a refund for undelivered products.
7. Delivery
7.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
7.2 International Orders
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.
7.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We will dispatch orders within 30 days of acceptance unless otherwise stated.

8. Your Right to End the Contract

8.2 Ending Due to Our Actions
You may end the contract immediately if:
- You disagree with changes to products or Terms
- We made a pricing or description error
- There is a serious delivery delay
- We are at fault under applicable law
8.3 Consumer Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel under applicable consumer laws.
8.4 No Right to Cancel for Custom Products
The cooling-off right does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products inseparably mixed after delivery
9. How to End the Contract
To end the contract, contact us at support@forgecrafts.com with your order details.
Returned products must be sent back as instructed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
10. Our Right to End the Contract
We may terminate the contract if:
- You fail to pay
- You fail to provide required information
- Submitted artwork is unlawful, offensive, or infringes IP rights
- You abuse or threaten our staff
We may deduct costs incurred due to your breach.

12. Consumer Rights (Defective Products)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
